The 2024 Ford Ranger, coming soon to Al Packer’s White Marsh Ford in Maryland – close to Baltimore, Dundalk, Towson, Essex, Nottingham, Parkville, Perry Hall, Middle River, and Bel Air – will offer the Raptor trim for the very first time. This rugged new model’s exterior will offer exclusive stylish details, as well as higher ground clearance. You better be ready for adventure when you fire up this truck’s twin-turbo 3.0L EcoBoost® V6 engine. It generates a whopping 405 hp/430 lb-ft of torque and offers standard 4WD, along with a host of exclusive off-road features, like BFGoodrich all-terrain tires, Fox 2.5-inch internal bypass shocks, and an active exhaust system. With the other trims, you can choose between the returning 270-hp 2.3L EcoBoost® engine or the newly available, 315-hp 2.7L EcoBoost® V6. A 10-speed automatic transmission rounds out both powertrains, and when you opt for the FX4 Off-Road package you’ll get the Terrain Management System with seven drive modes – Normal, Eco, Sport, Tow/Haul, Slippery, Mud/Ruts, and Sand.
