Saturday March 2021, my F250 broke its serpentine belt just outside Baltimore and broke down in front of a Ford dealership. After they told me they were two busy, I called Al Packers White Marsh Ford and Chris Kleinsmith said he could do it. I got a tow and within two hours I was back on the road to North Carolina. I really appreciate those guys and I want everyone to know they got your back when you need them.

I was waiting for my vehicle that I ordered and the salesman, Thomas, kept in constant communication with me. Then my husband's car died a few days before I was due to buy my truck. Aaron Younger was so supportive to work with. My 2019 Ford Edge shut down completely at a traffic signal. I was able to put it in park and restart but had to make sure the auto shut down was off. Aaron had never heard of it doing that. When it did it again the next morning he researched the problem and had me come in and test drive it with a tech. Luckily it did it again and it got to spend the night. They found out it was the battery - and replaced it and so far everything is fine.
Al Packer Ford is in my opinion how every dealership should be. The facility was exceptionally clean, roomy and organized. Not only is the facility nice, their efficiency was just as good. My salesman Tom Miller was always quick to get back to me with any concerns including after the car purchase. One would think the urgency to get back to you after the sale would drop but not here. I'm looking forward to servicing my car at this dealership as well.
The dealership layout is easy to find what your are looking for. The sales team was very helpful Ryan was my sales rep , he was top notch. Floor manager was Russell Martin he went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal possible like price, financing, rebates . We had an appointment, arrived on time and was greeted by Aaron Younger in the service department. Aaron explained that because of the rain, the vehicle would have to be at Al Packer for possibly 2 days in stead of the original 1 day schedule to ensure vehicle proper undercoating adhesion and overall protection. The rented car would still be at no cost for the 2 days. Received a call around noon on the 2nd day from Aaron as promised and did return the rental with no issues and picked up a nice protected vehicle. Always an easy experience going in for service at Al Packer. I was in and out for my oil change and recall in just under 2 hours.
I had a few hiccups on a recent service however Al Packer went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied in the end.

We have been very pleased with the salesmen, the pricing, and the HONESTY from the sales department. Many dealers play a pricing game whereby they say one thing over the phone and do another when you are ready to buy. Not so with this dealer.

Arnold Silverman was quick to respond to my initial interest in a "new" used Ford Flex. I told him what I was interested in, and although it wasn't exactly what I was looking for (color of car) the car is actually what I was hoping for. He kept me up to date with the progress of obtaining car and steps that needed to be completed. I live on the other side of the tunnel but when I am ready for another car I will contact Arnold. Sarah Schaech was courteous and friendly (first time working with her). We had some minor extra things, wipers and a filter, that needed repair and she called, followed up, etc. Chris Candler did the repairs and did an AWESOME job like always.
